About Us
Welcome to Masterpeace Farm! Here is a short bio about us. My name is Tri, my family moved to our farm when I was less then 1 year old and I have lived here ever since. My family of 4, including my parents and younger brother live in rural southeaster Minnesota on a 45 acre hobby farm. We are focused on a homestead way of running our farm. We raise animals for milk, eggs, meat and fiber as well as growing food in our garden every summer. We got our first Saanen goats in 1999. My mom made and sold goat milk soaps and lotions using the milk from, Cassie, our first Saanen. When I was finally old enough I joined 4-H. I showed goats all the way through my 4-H career. In 2014 as I graduated out of high School and was close to ending my 4-H career we decided we needed to downsize our herd before I headed off to college. I'd been showing Nigerians for a farm near us for several years and they offered to help me get started with my Nigerian Herd. We now have a small herd of Nigerian Dwarfs. Along with my goats I raise and show several breeds of rabbits and run a small 4-H mentorship program for our local county rabbit project. If you are interested in my rabbitry you can find all that information over at www.triannastmr.weebly.com. One of the breeds of rabbits we raise are French Angoras. We use the fiber from our angoras along with the fiber from our 3 alpacas to spin our very own yarn.
